Personal work permit

  • Visa application
  • Completed Form RD 1/3
  • Proof of registration in the Central Registry of North Macedonia as a legal entity business plan
  • Current status of the company, not older than six months
  • Completed application for the issuance/renewal of a temporary residence permit in North Macedonia (Form 2, Ministry of Interior)
  • Proof of health insurance (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof of no criminal record issued by the foreigner’s home country (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)-
  • Proof that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the foreigner in the country of their citizenship or the country where they reside and from which they are applying for a residence permit
  • Valid and recognized travel document with a validity of at least 3 months longer than the planned stay of the foreigner in North Macedonia
  • Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm

Employment Permit

  • Visa application
  • Notarized Form RD 2/1 from the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia
  • Completed application for the issuance/renewal of a temporary residence permit in North Macedonia (Form 2, Ministry of Interior)
  • Proof of health insurance (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof of no criminal record issued by the foreigner’s home country (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the foreigner in the country of their citizenship or the country where they reside and from which they are applying for a residence permit
  • Valid and recognized travel document with a validity of at least 3 months longer than the planned stay of the foreigner in North Macedonia
  • Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm

Work Permit – Cross-border Provision of Services 

  • Visa application
  • Form RD 3/1
  • Service agreement for the client (which is registered in North Macedonia)
  • Schedule for the execution of the work
  • Proof of adequate registration (from both contracting parties)
  • Statement from the applicant (foreign company) that in the last year (before submitting the application) no penalty for an offense against the company has been imposed
  • List of transferred employees (Form RD 3/1-1)
  • Proof that the transferred employees have been in an employment relationship and have social security with the foreign employer for at least 1 year
  • Completed application for the issuance/renewal of a temporary residence permit in North Macedonia (Form 2, Ministry of Interior)
  • Proof of health insurance (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof of no criminal record issued by the foreigner’s home country (with a mandatory translation into the Macedonian language by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the foreigner in the country of their citizenship or the country where they reside and from which they are applying for a residence permit
  • Valid and recognized travel document with a validity of at least 3 months longer than the planned stay of the foreigner in North Macedonia
  • Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm

 

Foreign Workers Relocated for Additional Training Participants

  • Visa application;
  • Certified Form RD 3/2 from Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia
  • Completed request for issuance/renewal of temporary residence permit in North Macedonia (Form 2, Ministry of Internal Affairs);
  • Proof of health insurance (and a mandatory translation, in Macedonian, of the original document by an authorized court translator);
  • Certificate of no criminal record issued by the foreigner’s home country (and a mandatory translation, in Macedonian, of the original document by an authorized court translator);
  • Proof that no criminal proceedings are pending against the foreigner in their home country or the country of residence from which the application for the residence permit is submitted;
  • Valid and recognized travel document with a validity of at least 3 months longer than the foreigner’s planned stay in North Macedonia; and
  • A photograph sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm.”

 

Foreign Workers Undergoing Additional Training

  • Visa application
  • Certified Form RD 3/3 from AVRM (Bureau for Employment and Migration)
  • Completed request for issuance/renewal of a temporary residence permit in North Macedonia (Form 2, Ministry of Internal Affairs)
  • Proof of health insurance (with a mandatory translation into Macedonian by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof of no criminal record issued by the foreigner’s home country (with a mandatory translation into Macedonian by an authorized court translator)
  • Proof that there is no ongoing criminal procedure against the foreigner in the country of their nationality or the country where they reside and are applying for a residence permit
  • Valid and recognized travel document with a validity of at least 3 months longer than the planned stay in North Macedonia
  • Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm

  • Proof that there is no ongoing criminal procedure against the foreigner in the country of their nationality or the country where they reside and are applying for a residence permit
